30 cal Berger 168 VLD

I've decided to try Berger's 168 gr. VLDs in my 30-06. I'm going to use Lapua cases and Fed. match primers. The rifle is a S&W Husky 1640 with a sporter weight 23.6" (60cm) barrel. I'm hoping to get an OAL that will fit in the magazine as the Bergers came with instructions to seat the bullets out to contact the rifling but I will put them in the chamber one at a time if need be.

Anyone with experience care to recommend a favorite powder?
