Huge bear!

Not sure if this was posted before...

Question is, if you knew you may be running across a bear of this size what caliber/type of rifle would you bring?

7mm mag certainly did a better job then a .38

Be careful with the third pic, its a bit graphic.

There is a museum/zoo in northern NJ where they had a brown bear of 2000 LBS !! To see him up close , it was awesome. Claws like bananas. I think he was the largest in captivity. If these really big ones ar charging anything will seem too small.

The only answer to what kind of gun would you want is a tank!

Well, it is partly true, but the details are wrong. Additionally, the 3rd image is not true.

whats kinda funny is that the bear ate both legs but didnt touch the guys junk.
he's like "I'm a bear GD'it, i aint eatin' no $#@$".

i flew into the anchorage AP in 95 (boy were my arms tired) and there was a monster friggin' bear on display there already. had to be 12-13 feet tall. i remember standing there and feeling so, so small. the paws on the sucker looked like turkey platters.

I woudn't even worry what gun I was carrying, my butt would pucker so hard that I would disappear right before his eyes! (that's a pucker factor that is off the scale)
