Dillon Precision +10
Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent Dillon after my 30 year old Square Deal needed repairs:
Dear Dillon; Ref:RMA # XXXXXXX On Sept 15th, I sent my Square Deal to you for repair. I received a Square Deal back on Sept 31st. This quick turn around alone is excellent service. However; what I sent you was a VERY well used machine that was at least 30 years old. It had loaded well over 150,000 rounds of .45 acp, 9mm, .38 spl & .40S&W. It's ammunition got me to master in Bullseye pistol competition. Like I said, VERY well used. What I got back was not a reconditioned machine nor just a repaired machine but a completely NEW machine. All new. Yes, all new. No part is used (yet) Powder measure, dies all new. I am not tremendously surprised, as your reputation for customer service is stellar, but I am very pleased. Something that you did not know, is that I am a part time range officer at a large municipal range here in South Florida & am well known by the shooters for good coaching, marksmanship training & reloading advice for both pistol and rifle. (master in smallbore prone too) Thank you for your beyond excellent service!

Good to hear. I have had only great experience with Dillon. They go far and above what is considered normal customer service.

I lost a 550 Dillon in a fire and called them and ask if their no BS warrant would cover it. They ask if was insured and I told them I was way under insured. I had bought a lot of other stuff for it too. They sent me a new 550 and a lot of other thing to go with it. I have loaded on a Dillon since the early 1980`s and have nothing but good to say about them and their service.
