My 1st Mosin Shoot

Waaaaay back in 2011, I purchased my 1st Mosin - In July 2011 I took it out and shot it:

It's the one one the right (I no longer have it - sold it last year

The one on the left was my son's friend Finn M39, my wife and son bought that for me as a b-day present a few months later!
Now I have several C&R rifles - the damn things do multiply!

I've always loved Mosin Nagant's. I bought my first one in Janurary of 2013, and when I shot it for the first time, I was surprised how accurate it was. With the open irons I was getting pretty good (for a 72 year old gun!) groups. I have never hunted with mine but I have heard many people have, have you ever hunted with one of your milsurp guns?

Shooter2675 - I've never hunted with mosins either, like you always want to try.
