Finnish Tikka Luger?

There's one for sale locally but I've never heard of this variety.

What is it?

He's asking $1,000.

Finland bought .30 Lugers from DWM around 1923.
When they went to 9mm in Lahtis, Brownings, and Suomis, they tooled up at Tikka and Sako for 9mm replacement Luger barrels.

So the gun was made by DWM, only the 9mm barrel was made by Tikka.
