New shotgun

The last shotgun I owned was 56 years ago and I can't even remember what it was. Went to the gun show today with the idea in mind to trade a Marlin 22 rifle for a Mossberg 500 or a Remington 870. Did not find a Single 870 and only 1 500. The 500 was used and had a price tag that would normally be seen on a new gun. Just before leaving I ran across an old co-worked that had his own table. He had 6 Mossberg’s but no 500. He told me that 2 weeks ago he had 14 Mossberg’s and now only 6. He said they were selling fast and he was having trouble getting them. I made a really good trade on a Mossberg 590. A step up over what I was considering but the deal was good and I am happy. Here she be.
