Stoeger coach gun choke markings?
Just picked it up. One bbl has 4 X's and one has 3
xxxx and xxx Which is IC and which is modified in this model. There's no indication in either the manual or their website. Is it just the USUAL more open being the front trigger? Thanks.

4=IC
3=Mod The right trigger fires the more open choked barrel. The left trigger fires the longer range barrel. When a covey of quail gets up, it is close by and the right barrel spreads the shot more. As the birds get further away, use the left barrel as it holds the shot cluster closer together. |
