Shooters World Powder
Hi, everyone!
Have any of you used Shooters World powders for .45acp? If so, was it Auto Pistol, Clean Shot, or Ultimate Pistol, and what were your results? Midsouth has them on sale with no hazmat fee with a purchase of 4 pounds or more. I am intrigued, but I don't know anything about these powders. Thanks for sharing your experience!

This has been asked several times in the past 3 months:
https://thefiringline.com/forums/sho...shooters+world Shooters World is the U.S. brand name of Lovex made powders. Both of those have published data on the internet. I have not used any of them. I looked at their load data in my calibers, and it was on par with powders I have on hand (Power Pistol, Silhouette, Bullseye, Unique, BE-86, Longshot). So, no compelling performance gain. Costs were typical, and less than VV.

I use Clean Shot for my .45 ACP and 9mm loads with excellent results so far. Its a fast burning powder; charge weights are similar to what I was using for Clays.

Thanks Guys!
Crunchy, that is exactly the info I needed.
I have been using Clays for .45acp, and wondered how it compared.
