HELP

What buffer weight and spring should I use for 69 grain bullets in a carbine 5.56x45

Gas system length? Regardless, should be fine with a standard carbine buffer and spring or "H" buffer.

Shoot it and see where your empty brass lands. Anything ahead of 3 o'clock needs a heavier buffer or adjustable gas block.

Go with an H buffer to start like mentioned above.

Well I jest ordered me a comp lower in stead of putting one together at Palmetto State Armory Magpul CTR Edition
