aluminum cases
I picked up some today while out shooting and am wondering if they are ok to reload after a inspection just like any other brass you would find on the range. Thanks.

No. Aluminum work hardens and becomes brittle to the point of fracture VERY quickly.

Some folks have tried... mostly just to find out whether or not it is possible, or simply to prove that they can.
You probably shouldn't. One good way to look at it before you go further is to take a long hard look at the job that brass does and ask yourself if it's worth it to try and fool around with aluminum. The producers of that ammo will tell you right up front that the aluminum cases are NOT meant to be reloadable. Think about how much you like your handguns, your fingers and your eyes. With some chamberings, you are looking at 37,500 PSI. Not a place where you want a thin, cheap piece of aluminum.
