Decocker Disable?

Anyone if its possible to dissable the decocking aspect of a decocking saftey?

I would love to be able to carry my p64 "cocked and locked"

OK, but how would you decock it? C'mon, it has to be decocked before cleaning!

It is entirely possible. You would need to reshape the disconnector so that it would no longer trip the sear and lower the hammer when the safety is engaged. I wouldn't carry a pistol so modified, but to each their own.

Generally, CZ decockers can be converted by swapping parts. That can get expensive, however.
