Winchester 77

I have a 77 tube fed
I bought last week.
I come from Quebec Canada and I find no imformation here.

I'm looking for information about this rifles
no S/N on it,
I'm looking for date df manufacture
If someone have a copy of owner's manual or compleate takedown or other documentation about it, it will be verry appreciate and helpfull

I don't try my 77 , I whant to clean it before, but i don't know how to disassembly it.

An excellent source of information on the Winchester M-77 can be found at http:///www.rimfirecentral.com. There is a Winchester forum, a member named 22AGS is the resident Winchester M-77 expert.
The disassembly of the M-77 is tricky, I would talk to him before attempting it.

Winchester managed to make/sell some 217,000 Model 77 rifles, in both tube and detachable box magazine versions, from 1955-63.
