Some info please.
Hey fellas,
I recently acquired 2 single shot shotguns, and would greatly appreciate any information that could be given, such as the approximate year of manufacture, quality of the guns, and approximate value, since i don't have a lot of shotgun knowledge. the first one is a 20GA stamped: Westpoint Model 948E Stevens Arms Westfield, Mass USA it has a small "56" on the right side of the barrel, and a "57" on the left side. also has a serial number (?) P287720 on the left side of the frame above the trigger. the second one is a 410GA stamped: Westpoint Model 949 Savage Arms Wsetfield, Mass USA and it has a small "59" on the right side of the barrel, and a "57" on the left side. it also has a serial number (?) P350386 on the left side of the frame above the trigger. Thanks in Advance for ANY info on these.

I am guessing that they are single barreled shotguns valued about $75.00 each in good condition. The prefix "94' leads me to think they are Stevens 94's made for the jobber.
