James Yeager on Active Shooters
Last night on Gun Nuts Radio, we had the pleasure of being joined by James Yeager of Tactical Response. While we did cover a "gear" element to a certain extent, as well as the difference between playing a game and training, one of the primary topics that we covered was tactics and mindset if you as a CCW holder find yourself in an "active shooter" scenario.
In addition to active shooter discussion, other topics included movement, gaming vs. training, and even a little bit of 1911 vs. Glock for you gear heads. You can download last night's show by clicking this link, or if you use iTunes, click this link for instructions on how to subscribe to auto download the show. It's always a good time to talk to professionals in the industry, people like James Yeager, Todd Jarrett, and many others have a lot of wisdom that they can share with "self-defense" and "gamer" shooters alike.
