Hornady 100 grain short/half jacket questions

These are the only 30 carbine bullets I can find right now. I've never loaded or shot short jacket bullets before. Should I treat them like jacketed or lead bullets? will they lead my barrel and is it ok to shoot them after shooting Jacketed bullets?

Don't see those much any more. It is a jacketed bullet, it will not lead your barrel, load it like jacketed bullets but do not use hot loads or reduced loads.
