Today I washed some 38 SP brass cases, after cleaning them they went in the oven for drying, when I took it out of the owen they're light blue! is it normal? can I still use them?
Are you using the oven you cook food in to dry cases? Your "cleaned" cases will have lead contamination on them from the priming compound and lead bullets.

Are you sure it was C and not F. If celcius then its alot hotter than farenheit. Just wanted to throw that in the bag also. 100C = 212F And depending on quality and the stressed factor involved already, They will aneal at a much lower temp than virgin brass because the base metal has already been worked. As soon as the finished brass structure is changed the anealing process has begun whether its heated or not. Its like bending a piece of copper tubing, The more its bent the harder it gets till it breaks. Get a oven thermometer and check you heat controll and see how much its off. If its a regular house oven, it can be off as much as 100 degrees.
