I Have a Rota O/U model 83 12ga 3in mag shotgun with double triggers and chrome lined 28in barrels, silver engeaved reciver, stoks are plain but very nice condition. Could you tell me any information on this gun such as who made it and when, what it mite be worth

Hi, Randy,

I have never seen one, so can only give you book information. The Blue Book does not list an O/U Model 83, only side by side models 105 and 106. The manufacturer is in Brescia, Italy. The guns seem to be fairly high priced, with a top (100% condition) of around $1300, with the note to add $500 for hand engraving.

Sorry I have nothing more, but maybe this will help a little.
