Introduce new members threads

Thought a sticky thread at top of general may be a good idea, have seen it on other forums. General is usually where people make introductions.

The suggestion has been implemented here: http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/...d.php?t=345660

Unfortunately we can't move any of the existing individual intro threads into it since they have an earlier timestamp and would go in front of the original post. All future intro threads will be moved there if the new member misses the sticky.
