Randy Cain Shotgun 1

I just finished a 3 day shotgun course with Randy Cain (http://www.guntactics.com/) down at Southern Exposure (http://www.southernexposuretraining.com/). Ten or so students at 1-25 yards on paper with buckshot, 25yd on steel with birdshot and buckshot, 3-75yd on paper with slugs and 75yd on steel with slugs.

We covered administrative drills, patterning, shooting positions, carry modes, shooting on the move, transition to pistol, 2-man team fire and reloading and shooting with hand-held and weapon-mounted lights at night.

At $375, Randy's 3-day pistol, shotgun and rifle courses remain the tops in training and economy. Good people at the classes I've been to - no freaky types.

With the basics in hand, I'm ready to start getting better.

"You could've done a lot worse than spending under Randy's tuteledge."

It's doubtful you could have done any better.
