Boito vs Stoeger

Can anyone provide some insight or feedback about a Boito shotgun and its relationship to the Stoeger brand? From what I can tell Boito is the brand name that K-Mart used in their stores. I would think that Boito would be a more commonly known brand but neither my store manager nor the asst manager of the Firearms store I work at knew of even the name Boito. Likewise, I’m sure there will be folks reading this that have never heard of them either. I had never heard of them until 2 days ago...

I believe Boito was the factory in Brazil and Stoeger had them make guns for them. Amy, if not all, parts are interchangeable.
