MAK90 underfold stock
Any one know where I could find one? I have a post ban Norinco mak 90 with stamped receiver that looks to have been made for an under folder. sportster I believe they called it. bought it in 92 or 93 on an E2 salary, had thumbhole stock and wood fore grip. bayoneted lug is ground off, threads removed from barrel, tang welded to slant cut... Clinton style. would love to have a under fold stock on it.

Try checking gun broker, guns america or some of the other gun boards for sale forums.
Heck you might even find one on Ebay, just have to look around and see.

is the stock specific to the Chinese model? would a polish or Yugo fit? I made it to the end of the internet (google search) and didn't see a Norinco - Chinese one.

I would think that each model whether its milled or stamped, the parts should be interchangable.
Maybe someone that knows AK's better could answer the question.

Did some checking, you'll need the trunion that goes with it and you'll probably have to do some fitting, i.e. filing or sanding.
