Best '97 clone out there?

I am looking for a nice 1897 pump clone for cowboy shooting. I would love to find a real winchester 97 but in trying to keep the budget around $500 most of them are fairly worn. Of the clones, who tends to have the best action out of the box? My local dealer can get me an interstate arms (norinco right?) for < $400.

I am all ears

Model97

I have a Norinco in the " trench gun " configuration. Adequate, but action not as smooth as the original M97 (sporter, not Trench) that i had. Maybe with some work it would be. Looks very nice however for what thats worth.
