Mauser 1914 takedown instructions?
I just picked up a Mauser 1914. Does anyone have instructions on taking it apart?
This pistol has no markings on the right side and "Waffenfabrik Mauser A.-G. Oberndorf A.N. Mausers Patent" on the lest side along with the Mauser banner on the left side panel. The serial number is 140028. Is this the 1914 or 1934 model? |

With that SN, it's likely a 1914. The principal difference is the backstrap, the 1934 having a palm swell.
