Ideal Co. mould - what handles?
I'm interested in a bullet mould but it is the mould blocks only. The mould was made by Ideal. Ideal is long out of business, so what handles do you need for these, Ideal only or will Lyman handles fit without modification?

Ideal morphed into Lyman's, or Lyman's bought them out I forget which.
From what I've seen Ideal moulds can use Lyman's handles. Perhaps it doesn't apply with all sizes of moulds, but those I've seen seem to work okay. I've read somewhere that RCBS handles will work on Lyman's moulds but haven't tried that myself. |

Lyman and RCBS should work just fine and if you don't want to spend a lot of money the Lee six cavity mould handles should fit as well.

Scrape the mould off the mold so you can tell us whether they are 1, 2, or 4 cavity molds. Lyman makes 3 different sizes, 1-2 and 4 cavity, different handles for all of them.
