Orginal Colt Dragoon 3rd Model

I've been looking for a Dragoon with a shoulder stock, found this one. No stock, but everything else.

Buying this one may raise an eyebrow or more with the ball and chain. I could sell a few rifles......nah.

that's a dandy, but at that price, is would be more suited to a museum or wall display case, than for shooting.

nice original gun

Notice the lanyard loop at the front of the trigger guard. First one I have seen like that.

Nice find, but definitely not a shooter. I suppose the ball 'n chain will raise Cain if you sell her jewelry to buy that piece.

Then there's also this one with the stock.

The stud I believe is for a sling swivel, not a lanyard loop

I was hoping my pissant bid would meet reserve. I bet I would have to double it several times to do that.
