Savage 11 Lightweight hunter

Anyone have any experience with one in any chambering?
Just bought one and have not shot it yet. Kind of curious what to expect.
This one is chambered for 6.5 Creedmoor. I know the Creedmoor is the answer to a problem that did not exist, but the price was right. Want input on the rifle, not the cartridge.

My LGS got 4 or 5 in the Creedmore and I've been eying one but haven't made a move yet. How good was your price because these have $795 on them I believe.

Product research and price comparisons work better before you buy ! At least that's the way I've always done it .

I paid $450 for mine, but it was 3 days used. Guy bought it and brought it back because "it kicked too hard."

One old sap, for what I paid for it if I dont like it I can re-sell it and at very worst break even. I buy, sell, and trade guns regularly. If the price is right I buy it. I intend for this rifle to be my new 250 yd and under hunting rifle. We will see if it actually fills the bill.

There is a pretty thorough review on www.gunblast.com. PS you did real well on the price!! The first owner really took a bath on that one. Let me know how it shoots. I may have to trade into one.

I had one in .243 & loved it. The local hog population was glad when I sold it. Can't wait to get another one.
