Info needed on a newly acquired o/u
fabbrica armi fausti stefano marcheno v t bs is what is stamped on the barrel. Wanting to know some history such as age, value, and quality of the shotgun. I am unable to load any pics at the moment. On the stock right behind the silver etching is a yellow/gold teardrop looking symbol. Thanks for any help on this

Look on the right side of the barrels, the importers name should be there.
On the barrel bottom you will find the "date code" in a stamped box. There will be some roman numerals, that is the year of mfg. If you look in shotgun world under Beretta there is a listings of year of mfg. Many times gun mfgrs. have made guns for different importers as price point guns. This maybe one. |
