Eotech 512 Recall?

So I went to a local show today and learned that apperantly some of the Eotech sights are being recalled for losing their zero.

I must live under a rock cause this apperantly happened last December and I just now heard about it.

I have a 512 manufactured in 2012, does anyone know if this affects me?

Thanks!

read up on it here. Not really a lot to be concerned about unless you are in extreme conditions.

I returned 2 Eo-tech for the refund. Got the refund check last month. One of the scopes was 10years old, the other about 7 years old.

My 552 was bought in 2007. It was having a bit of reticle fade in the upper left quadrant. Sent it in and it came back as new. The EOtech is still the fastest sight on target, so I did not want a refund. Have a lot of different sights, including an Aimpoint, but the EOtech is still my favorite.
