My 20 round M14 mags are steel, never seen them in aluminum.

Brownell's makes good ones IMO...in fact I also fixed a number of other less reliable 20-rounders I had by swapping in the Brownell followers. They also sell in 10, 25 and 100 paks and currently on sale:

Thanks guys. Ill check out the Brownells.
After some hunting and the last BRL match Ive come to realize 30 rounders are a bit awkward. |

Just curious, what drives your preference for aluminum mag bodies?

Chainsaw... you are getting answers about the AR15 and the M1A...
2 completely different mags... For the AR15 I would recommend ... http://www.44mag.com/product/okay-in...ar15_magazines |

Maybe I am just lucky but I have yet to have a bad mag, 10, 20 or 30 rounders, all steel with one Aluminum GI mag. All have functioned fine.

D&H are pretty good for the $ but the 20rd models seem to be scarce.
