Did I blow it? Forgot to send in ATF form 5330.20

I just sent in all my application for my first NFA gun and I didn't know that I needed to send in the ATF form 5330.20(?).
Is that right?
OR am I ok?

I sent in:
-Form 4, all filled out and CLEO signed
-Fingerprint card
-200 bucks.

Did I blow it? If so, should I send in the form now and hopefully it will meet the other one somewhere sometime?

Just complete it and send it in.

I had that happen about 4 years ago.

The ATF contacted my dealer and told him that I was approved for transfer -except- the cert. of compliance wasn't with my forms. I filled one out and he sent it in, my tax stamp showed up two weeks later.
