Baker Batavia Leader 16 gauge double

I'm new to this forum. Hope I can get some info on a shotgun left me by my father-in-law. It's a Baker Batavia Leader. The serial # is 1203 F. I've owned the gun for about 20 years and believe my father-in-law bought it in the 1940s. A fellow in town is interested in buying the gun but I have no idea of its worth & could use some help in this respect.

Without good, clear pictures, no one can tell you much at all.

Baker Batavia Leader photo link

What about when it was manufactured? Any clue from the serial number?
Here's a link to photos of the shotgun.

It won't let me see the pictures without signing up. Can you post them elsewhere?

You might try posting your question the Shotgun World ID and Value Forum and/or the I Love My: Classic shotguns forum. Also on the DoubleGunShop Forum.
