5.11 Tactical deserves a big thumbs up

I bought a pair of 5.11 Tactical ATAC 8" tan boots for work boots in April 2010. Here it is in March 2011 and one of the eyelets on the left boot broke. I got in contact with 5.11 and to my complete and utter surprise they agreed to replace the boots free of charge! They paid shipping of the old boots back to them and shipped brand new replacements to me.

I have never heard of a company happily replacing 11-month old boots on their dime. What a fantastic company and fantastic customer support.

I had same problem on my 5.11 tactical skilt and they replaced it after 1 year. Really awesome company.
