Bench rest primers

Have got back into shooting after being lost for 8 years. I will be loading for
223 and 22-250 both bolt action I have quite a few large CCI bench rest primers can I use them in both of these calibers? These primers have been sealed in a air tight metal container.

223 Uses Small Rifle Primers. Almost With Out A Doubt I Have Always Gotten My Most Accurate Loads In The 223 By Using Rem 7 1/2 Primers. I Don't Know Why, It Just Works That Way. Same Holds True For The 221 Fireball.

Your Cci's Should Be Fine, I Use Them Almost Exclusively In My 22-250, But Mine Is An Ackley.

Good Luck, And Good Shooting.
