Sig 938 trigger problem
Hello,
I have a 938 with a "catch" in the trigger. After takeup, that is a click as it goes over the "obstruction", and firing at about 9 pounds, give or take 2 pounds. I'm hoping Sig doesn't make bad stuff, and don't understand where it hangs up. Is this common, and what to do?? Thanks, |

My guess is a problem with actuation of the firing pin block. Carefully strip the slide taking care not to lose the plunger and spring. Clean, check for burrs from machining, lightly lube and reassemble.
