Had trouble getting a 40 RB mold

At Friendship I went to Log Cabin Shop, Dixie Gun Works and a third vendor. Nobody had 40 RB mold so I went to Pedersoli. $129 for a double cavity mold. Well, I did more searching and contacted Buffalo Arms in Idaho and they had it listed but not in stock. They backordered it for me and I got it today. It was slightly cheaper ($9) than Pedersoli too delivered. At least I didn't have to have it shipped from Italy and pay postage from there.

Now I wish I was back at Friendship so I could buy used handles cheap.

Should have checked ebay. There's a set of Lyman .40 round ball blocks for 50.00 and a Rapine mold with handles for 125.00. The Rapine is dual cavity. Lee handles will work at a cheaper price but they will have to be ground down to fit your blocks.

A little over a month (July) ago I did check and nothing was there. Thanks though.

I remember Rapine in PA and even have a few of their molds. They're gone now.
