Tactical Surplus USA - Awesome Customer Service
I mistakenly ordered bullets that were not for hunting. I contacted customer service and they said they could not take a return, but I could refuse the order. I was able to do that. Checked back about a week and a half later and FedEx had not returned it to them yet. It was stuck at the receiving center. Tac USA went ahead and refunded my money before they even got them back and I was able to order my Barnes TTSX bullets. James, from the company, answered every e-mail promptly and helped me through the process. I mean, awesome service!
