A+ To Henry Customer Service

Picked up my Henry BB 327 last Friday after work.
She's a blindingly shiny and beautiful little lady.

She also has a very small bulge in the wood of the stock at the brass butt plate, just off center of the toe...soon enough to be a chip out of the stock.
I didn't even notice it myself, my oldest son pointed it out.

Sent an email last night to Henry customer service describing the issue.
Received a phone call after lunch today telling me that they would be sending me out a replacement stock.
Hard to complain with that kind of service.

Thank you to Henry Firearms for first offering a lever action rifle chambered in .327 Federal Magnum, and secondly for standing behind it hassle free.

Glad to hear. Hopefully I never have a need to contact their customer service dept. I really like the reputation they've made for themselves-- it has sold a lot of their rifles including the one in my gun case.

I lost a screw washer after a cleaning on a 22. Called them just to ask what size, I would get one at hardware store. Guy said ah we don't use the frame with the washers anymore so I will send you a frame..an entire new Zamak frame. I mean you cannot get any better than that..I was impressed

Stock arrived unannounced via UPS today, cha-ching!
Happy for that as when I took it to the range weekend before last, the bulge in the butt stock became the chip that I was afraid it would, as seen in the photo.

Came complete with an additional butt plate, extras are nice.
Excellent match, but most all Henry lumber is pretty consistent from what I've seen.
Tough to beat that kind of customer service and here's a sincere thank you to Henry for that.

That is great to hear that Henry is so committed to making things right for the customer! I have one that needs to go back and they were quick to send a UPS label.
