H&R l61r?

Just had my father pass down a Harrington and Richardson 30/06 L61R rifle to me. The question I have is did H&R build them here on a Sako l61r action or have them built at Sako?

Much like the Marlin rifles built on that same action, it was likely assembled here with imported actions.
