Can I bump the shoulder back without sizing the neck

Just as the title says, is there a way to bump the shoulder back on a piece of brass without sizing the neck?

I usually just neck size the first 80% of the neck and leave the rest at its expanded size. I'm not sure if it really helps my accuracy or not, I haven't done enough testing at this point, but I did read somewhere that it can make a difference.
Anyway, after a few times firing and neck sizing like so, I find that my brass is beginning to have some resistance to closing the bolt (nothing to serious) but regardless it seems I need to bump the shoulder back slightly.
Can I do it without sizing the full length of the neck?

Sure.

Redding Body Die

That's exactly what it does. Moves the shoulder and sizes the body without touching the neck.

Bushing bump neck die will also do this.

You can bump the shoulder and adjust exactly how much of the neck gets sized.

Forster makes one that comes with three bushings or just the die and you order the bushing you want separate.

You can use Redding Type S FL die is the same as the body die except you can all use it with bushing if you want.
