Target / Varmint scope for my custom, any help?

Here is a list of scope I am considering, I ask you guys to vote on personal experience, and not what you heard at the gun shop or what the latest gun mag says. I list them with their prices (swfa.com) as this does matter to me, but I have been through enough cheap glass to know, that money buys quality, but I am also a firm believer that too much money is spent on 'names'

Help me out guys

Scope budget is not totally set, will likely be haunting the auction sites, and looking at used ones, as most of these companies offer unconditional warranties. . . .

BTW my custom will consist of a RB LP Savage Target Action, Shillen Match Select 30" bbl, Laminate stock, and chambered in 6mm Rem AI

I've got 2 Monarchs that are "on duty". A 4-16sf mil-dot and an older 3.5-10x50. Had the latter scope for over ten years sitting on a 308 w/o any problems. The view is brighter than a comparable loopy. The mil-dot scope now sits there and I stuck the "oldie" on a 25-06. Both are 1" tubes. I hit what I aim at through either scope. Isn't that what it's all about? If I had money to burn, I'd get a Zeiss. Loopies are fine scopes but I just don't like 'em and I have no rational reason to give.
