I think prices will fluctuate a bit around the country. You didn't say which model, but I'm guessing it's blued model with no slick add-ons or upgrades. That price sounds ok to me- especially if you can get it for that much out the door.
I've got 2 Uberti's- both Remington re-makes, the 1875 and the 1890. I absolutely love both of them. I haven't had the dreaded spring breakage as of yet. Maybe that was a days of old thing, I don't know- but I feel Uberti makes a good product and I'd recommend them.

For reference, I recently saw a new (blued) Ruger Blackhawk in a local gun store for $540.
The MSRP is $610. http://ruger.com/products/newModelBl...ed/models.html

7.5=Cavalry 5.5=Artillery 4.75=Civilian or Quick-Draw I have 2 Cimmarons, a Model P Artillery, and a Thunderer 3.5" both in .45 Colt. Haven't had a chance to shoot the Thunderer yet, but the Model P is a favorite of mine. Last edited by 9mmfan; July 5, 2013 at 01:21 PM. |

519, that is very close to the price of a Ruger New Vaquero. I do like the authentic action of the Italian guns though vs the transfer bar system.
