EOTech's Flipping Magnified Sights... Anyone?

I'm looking for input from people who have any experience with EOTech's sights with the flipping magnifier. I've heard of them before, and recently had some hands-on with one at a gun show, but I'm concerned about their reliability and durability.

According to the dealer, they hold up as he claims he's been using the same sight at gun shows for a few years, and after numerous flips from everyone that passes by his table it still functions like it's brand new.

Does anyone have any experience with these, or have a friend who owns one? How is it holding up? Any issues with these?

Here's a link if you need to see it.

I've got one on my rock river AR. I've beat in it pretty hard and it works fine still. It's a pricy little toy but if you're looking for that function it will do just fine.
