I've seen several different brands of 124 FMJ 9MM bullets that varied in length a few thousandths. Some bullets in the lot will have a blunter rounded tip while some may have a longer sharper pointed tip which will make a difference in seated overall length. Never seen a problem with feeding or accuracy with a slight difference in overall length. Your seating stem which touches the bullet on the side of the nose rather than the tip will give a little difference. I seat 124 FMJ's to about 1.150" and they feed fine in 3 pistols and one carbine 9MM. Your .006 thousandths difference is nothing to worry about as long as they feed reliably.
