Generally good shoulder holsters aren't cheap and cheap shoulder holsters aren't generally good. In the gun world like everything else you get what you pay for... That said my Galco Miami Classic (2nd version or whatever its called) has been great...

I have a DeSantis and Alessi. Both are ok, but the Alessi is WAY better! Better means comfortable, balanced, easy to wear, etc.

With no butt and hips, I have found that a Sam Browne duty belt with a shoulder strap that supports the weight of the gun to be more comfortable than a shoulder holster. The width of the belt and the shoulder strap keeps the belt from working its way to my ankles.

I have the Galco Miami classic, but I find the Bianchi X-15 is more comfortable and conceals better.
