Timing question

I've installed a PRI-MSTN on my AR-15 Car a while ago. I've been wondering about the timing issue. How do I know where/what the optimal timing should be. From a bench, she seems to hop a little to the left. I've made a few adjustments, but can't seem to get it just right.

thanks ahead of time...

I don't worry anymore.
I know they are coming for me. I'm sure they'll get me.
However, it won't be cheap and it won't be easy!

I've never played with one of these. If there seems to be too much leftward compensation for high and right climb and assuming you are not left handed, one experiment I would try is loading with a faster powder, like IMR4198, that produces less total gas. This assumes you reload.
