Trigger Reach Comparable To A 1911

Are there any recommendations for a .45 with a trigger reach similar to a 1911? Other than the 1911, of course. I have remarkably small fingers, and most polymer .45s are just too blocky for me to comfortably grip and still get enough on the trigger.

I am guessing you mean the short trigger?

most 45's are double stack which may be your issue.

I have found the CZ pattern guns are very similar in size to 1911's and in single action mode have about the same reach.

however, they changed to a larger frame to accomidate the 45 round, and I only checked with the older smaller frames. so you may have to verify.
