Cross Hairs broken

I got my old 22 rifle out the other day to do some plinken with the grand kids. Has a Weaver tip-off scope but the crosshairs look like they're just laying down on the bottom. I haven't used the rifle for years... is there anyway to fix the scope or should I just buy a new one? Thanks for any help!

The old Weaver 22 scopes were a cheap scope, and even a cheap cheap scope nowadays is a way better scope. I would say get a new scope.
