i finnally got the 10 pointer on cam!

i finnally got him on cam after see'n him for a year

no kidding i rarely see him an out of 180 pics only 1 was him.

They don't get that old being stupid or inexperienced. Good luck trying to find him. Deer that age are cagey and paranoid. Your best bet would be to wait for the rut and hope that he gets distracted.

Nice buck!

Looks as though he's still in velvet.

About a week ago I saw five bucks together in the bean field. Smallest was a nine...biggest in the mid to high teens but I just couldn't get a sure count on him. None were in velvet.

There are couple choke points I'll try and set up on him around that field during early season but as PawPaw said, probably a better chance during pre-rut.

ya he is in velvet still. but i never ever see him tho'. but ya ima hit em with a 3 inch slug if i get the chance to.

He is a young deer. Pointed nose, narrow head. Let him walk. Next year he will be better.

I agree...that does not appear to be an old deer. I would give him time to grow older if you are interested in a good trophy. If interest in meat, get a doe permit if they are available.

That is a young deer, but very nice still. Attached is the two boys I'm chasing this year...couple other decent popes on the cam but these two are the ones we're after!
