Point me in the right direction

I don't really know a whole lot about competitive shooting but I want to get a little more dynamic with shooting as a hobby. I've had a little (minimal) CQB training with the Marine Corps (Shooting Tables 2, 3, and 4 plus MOUT) in the last 3 months or so and I figure I can use that as a good base to start from.

What types of competitive shooting are there out there for people like me and what should I know about them?

The links below will let you search by location for clubs, matches, events. Go find a match to watch, hopefully more than one, and figure out which style fits you.

There's mostly only pistol shooting in my area, I had kind of hoped to find some 2 Gun or 3 Gun matches. Thanks for the info though, I think I can dig up any additional info I need from here.

It is 66 miles from Rome to Riverbend Gun Club, which now does 3-gun.
