Tikka Precision

I was given the runaround and eventually charged $100 for nothing! I ordered a Tikka rifle, and was charged that day for it, then the charge to my bank account was refunded. A couple days later they said my order HAD been backordered. I know backordering a gun can take well over a month, so I went ahead and ordered it from somewhere else, and tried to cancel the order with them the next day. Well, they had somehow gotten the guns back in stock by that time and charged my bank account, and had my rifle ready to ship. A few days later, I get an email showing they are refunding me about $100 less than they charged me, due to restocking fees. I understand some places have restocking fees, but I don't believe it was warranted in my case as it was their screw up when they told me my order was backordered. I've called them (waited on hold for 20 mins) to find out that they are just going to take my $100.
